Gofen and Glossberg, L.L.C. (“G&G”) is an investment counseling firm that
provides highly customized investment advice to clients in the United States
and abroad. G&G provides allocation recommendations, as well as specific

allocation decisions, the firm tailors recommendations based on individual
clients objectives. For equity selection, G&G portfolio managers rely on

company's financial and competitive position over a three- to five-year time
horizon. The firm invests in quality companies that have strong management,
growing income or cash flow, and established franchise value. For fixed income
selection, G&G focuses on generating current income and maintaining safety
of principal, primarily in high quality, short-to-intermediate term issues.
The Firm
Based in Chicago, G&G is one of the oldest and most respected investment
counseling firms in the United States. Founded in 1932, the firm has a long
history of managing diversified portfolios for prominent individuals, trusts,
corporations, employee benefit plans, foundations, endowments, banks and
insurance companies. G&G is currently led by William H. Gofen, Principal,
and Joseph B. Glossberg, Principal, sons of the firm's founders.
